- Cloudflare now builds and ships the app straight from the repository, so no Cloudflare credentials live in GitHub anymore. One less secret to rotate, guard, or lose sleep over.
- GitHub's job is now just checking pull requests: typecheck, unit tests, and a build run. It doesn't deploy anything, and it doesn't need the keys to.
- Feature branches still get their own preview builds, and none of them can touch the live app. You can poke at a change without poking at the plan you're running.
