This page explains how to delete your Pheidi account (the Pheidi training-plan app for Android, iOS, and web) and the data stored with it. One category is kept in unlinked form rather than deleted — see What may be kept.
Delete it yourself, in the app
This is the fastest route, and it takes effect immediately.
- Open Pheidi and sign in — in the Android app, or at app.pheidi.training in any browser.
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom, to the Delete account section.
- Tap Delete account…, type
DELETEto confirm, then tap Permanently delete my account.
You are signed out as soon as it is done. There is no waiting period and no confirmation email — the account is gone at that point.
Already uninstalled the app?
You do not need to reinstall anything, and you do not need to be able to sign in. Email us from the address on the account.
Put "Delete my Pheidi account" in the subject. We act on requests within 30 days and confirm by email when the account is gone. We may reply once to confirm you own the address.
What gets deleted
- Your profile: email address, display name, and account settings.
- Your training plans, workout history, and completed-workout records.
- Run summaries recorded with in-app run tracking. (GPS coordinates and routes are never stored in the first place — see the privacy policy.)
- Any activity data synced from Intervals.icu, and the Intervals.icu access token itself.
- Push notification handles and all authentication tokens on your devices.
- Any AI assistant connections you authorized through Pheidi's MCP server.
What may be kept
- Bug reports and feedback you sent — unlinked from your account, not deleted. A bug report describes a fault in Pheidi that may still be broken for everyone else, so the report keeps its text and status while the link to your account is removed: it is no longer associated with you and never appears in anyone's account again. We do not edit what you wrote, so if you put your name or email address in the report text itself, that text stays. Tell us and we will delete a specific report outright.
- Anonymous, aggregated statistics that cannot be linked back to you.
- Crash logs and diagnostics, which carry a random per-install identifier rather than your identity, and expire automatically within 90 days.
- Records we are legally required to retain.
Health Connect and Apple Health
On Android and iOS, Pheidi can read running workouts from Google Health Connect or Apple Health. That sync stays off until you turn it on under Settings and grant the operating-system permission. It is read-only. Pheidi never writes a record into your device's health store, so deleting your account removes nothing from Health Connect or Apple Health. The web app does not read a health store.
A summary is kept on our servers only when the run marks a planned workout done: start time, distance, duration, and average heart rate. A run that matches nothing is not stored. The summary that is kept sits on that completed workout and is deleted with the rest of your workout history when you delete your account. Section 3 of the privacy policy describes the same rules.
