- Stopping Pheidi while the database is still warming up used to show up in your alert dashboard as a warning. It was an ordinary shutdown, not a fault, but it looked like one.
- Those cancellations now get logged at a lower severity that stays out of production monitoring. Deploys and restarts won't leave stray warnings behind.
- What lands in your alerts is worth reading again. If warm-up itself breaks, you'll see it without digging past the noise.
