- Skip two runs in a row, or come off a week that hit your legs harder than it should have, and the next week's easy and recovery runs quietly drop 10%. You don't have to flag it, request it, or manually rebuild your week. It happens because I finally wired logged workouts back into the plan itself, instead of just tracking that flexibility existed on paper.
- Your peak week, your taper, your big long run before race day — none of that gets touched, ever. The cut only ever lands on the current or next week's easy mileage. I built it that way on purpose because the last thing anyone needs is a "helpful" adjustment eating into the training that's supposed to get them across the finish line.
- If it eases your week, it tells you why, right there in a banner. Disagree with the call? Hit undo and you're back to full volume, no ticket, no re-typing your week. I'd rather explain myself and let you overrule me than have the plan silently decide it knows your body better than you do.
