  • Put your max and resting heart rate into your settings, or skip that and let the app estimate from your age. Either way, your training plan now shows a heart-rate range next to every pace zone, on both the daily and weekly view.
  • No watch signal on the treadmill, or GPS that can't make up its mind under tree cover? Log the average heart rate you actually saw and the app tells you which zone that lands in. An Easy long run at max 190 / rest 50 comes out to 137-155 bpm. Show up at 165 and it'll flag that as Marathon effort, not Easy, whether or not your pace agreed.
  • This doesn't replace the pace target, it backs it up. Same workout, same intended effort, just a second way to check you actually hit it when the first way lets you down.
