All Updates
  • Tap start, run, and get live distance, pace, and splits as you go, with coaching cues if the workout calls for intervals. No second device, no separate watch app to babysit.
  • Lose signal in a tunnel or dead zone and the run keeps going. It's not fragile about coverage, because coverage on a real run is never guaranteed.
  • Finish the run and it fills in the actual numbers against the workout that was scheduled. Go for an unplanned run and it counts too, and yes, that moves your training load. If you ran it, it happened, whether or not it was on the plan.
  • One thing it deliberately does not do: keep your route. No map, no GPX file, nothing tracing where you've been. That's a real tradeoff, made on purpose, not an oversight I'll quietly fix later.
