What you'll receive

The first time you sign up with an email address, Pheidi sends a single welcome note from the founder. The subject line is:

Welcome to Pheidi — let's build your plan

The body is short and personal. It confirms you're in, points you at the one thing that matters next — building your plan — and links a few docs worth knowing about. It closes with an invitation to reply with any bug, idea, or gripe. That's the whole email: no streaks, no drip sequence, no marketing.

What's in the email

When it's sent

  • It fires once, on your first sign-up — the moment a new account is created from a verified email code. Signing in again later never re-sends it.
  • It's sent only for email sign-ups. If you sign up with a phone number, there's no email address to reach, so the welcome note is skipped.
  • Sending is fire-and-forget: it runs in the background after your account is created, so a mail hiccup can never block or delay your sign-in.

Who it comes from

The email is sent from welcome@mail.pheidi.training, a verified sender on Pheidi's messaging domain, with the founder's name as the display name. The Reply-To is set to a real personal mailbox — so when you hit reply, your message lands in an inbox that gets read, not a no-reply void. It's an automated send, but the conversation it opens is real.

Why there's no unsubscribe link

Unlike the morning workout reminder, the welcome email has no unsubscribe link. It's a one-time transactional message — sent once, never repeated — so there's nothing recurring to opt out of. You'll never get a second copy, and it doesn't sign you up for any list.

The welcome email lands when you first sign up — sign in to get started.
