Live Calendar Sync
Pheidi generates a subscription URL that auto-updates as your plan changes. Supported calendar apps:
- Google Calendar — subscribes via URL
- Apple Calendar — iCal format with auto-refresh
- Outlook / Microsoft 365 — subscribes via URL
- Other apps — any app that supports iCalendar subscription
When you modify your plan (add vacation, swap workouts, etc.), the calendar automatically reflects the changes — no re-export needed.
Per-Day Workout Times
Set the start time for each day of the week — a 6 AM weekday run, an 8 AM Saturday long run — and Pheidi places every workout at the right time. Because the schedule is tied to the day of the week, your times stay correct even when the plan shifts workouts around (vacations, redistribution). You can also add a buffer before and after each run to reserve time for warming up, showering, or the commute.
Two Feeds: Training and Work / Busy
Pheidi publishes two subscription feeds from the same plan, so you can keep training detail on your personal calendar and a discreet block on a shared one:
- Training feed — full workout titles ("Long Run — 12.0 mi"), a reminder, and every session. Point it at your personal calendar.
- Work / busy feed — generic titles (e.g. "Personal"), shown as busy with your before/after buffers applied, so coworkers see the time is taken without seeing your training. Point it at your work calendar to keep meetings off your runs.
Every part is configurable per feed — title style (full detail, a private label, or a custom template), busy vs. free, the buffer, the reminder, and whether to include cross-training and strength.
Download Formats
